Not only was every facet of this major overhaul done at an excellent price, even more incredibly it was completely done in THIRTY DAYS! From top to bottom the materials, the workmanship and the crew were phenomenal. We've all heard the horror stories of contractors who get the job and the deposit and then disappear extending the work well beyond the original time estimate. U.S. Windows & Siding laid all those tales to rest! I'd give them Ten Stars if I could!

My dad was waiting for hip surgery and he couldn’t get his leg over the tub so i called bathplanet they came right out and and rushed a shower with extra grab bars they did great work and cleaned up after them selfs I would highly recommend them James V

They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and returned calls promptly. after finding rotting wood and having to adjust and add support they still finished within their timeframe. 8 months after installation due to size of bathroom and humidity we called to see how to clean some mold forming on the caulking. they said they would handle it and came out the next day and redid all of the caulking with a new type. so they also have excellent care after installation and stick to their word on the warranty and don't just forget about you. We would recommend to anyone. The bench is especially a great addition for seniors. Sue, Paul, Erik.

I had my new walk in shower installed in October 2019. It is absolutely beautiful. It was the best thing I've ever done to my home, I wish I did it years ago. The only problem is I don't want to get out of the shower now!!! The install was done in one day and it looks beautiful. When I looked around you couldn't even tell they had done It, everything was cleaned to perfection. I would highly recommend Bath Planet for your new shower!!! From start to finish I had a bathroom remake in less then 11 hours including window out and siding done. They even found the same color in the same day. Of course at my expense. Also had a slight issue and was resolved in less the 48 hours. Yes I would recommend them.

We must admit that we were hesitant when we saw some negative reviews, but after doing out research, we decided to go with Bath Planet and we are so glad we did!!! The positive reviews far outweighed the negative!!! And we all know there are some people that just love to complain!!! Chris La Chance, the salesman, was very knowledgeable of the product and process. Joe Thomas, the owner, gave us the confidence that this would go well and we would be happy. James and Harry, the installers, were professional, courteous and extremely skilled. James certainly worked his magic in removing our existing walk-in, steam shower to creating a new shower that makes us feel like we’re in a luxury hotel!!! Our materials came in early, so they were able to start ahead of schedule and completed the job in a day and a half, as promised!!!! Amazing!!!! We are beyond pleased with our new shower!!! We needed to replace a 30 year old bathtub with a walk in shower. Bath planet did the job in a day with perfection. We now have a hotel quality shower with a seat and a hold on bar. The curved shower curtain rod makes it feel so much bigger. The team was very professional, did a great job and didn’t leave a mess. I also liked that Bath Planet contributes to their community. I had wall inserts installed above the tub for the shower. They removed the existing tiles and installed new wallboard. New fixtures were installed. Installation was completed in one day. Looks great. No issues after several weeks of use. Cost was not trivial but hopefully you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

We had our bathroom remodeled by another company 8 years earlier but were looking into possibly replacing our air bathtub as the one we had was not working properly. (The other company no longer does bathrooms) When we called Bath Planet, they set up an appointment and the representative arrived when he said he would. Harold Ives was very professional. We would highly recommend Bath Planet for any bathroom related project. We had called several other companies to come look over the job and give us an estimate which none of them bothered to show up or even call us back to tell us they weren't coming. Bath Planet called us the day of our appointment and confirmed the time and was here at the time he said he would be. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and, Harold listened to what we were looking to accomplish. Although the project was more than we anticipated, it was refreshing to have a company come in and offer "good old fashion service" Thank you very much for your time.
